PES 2011 Demo now out on Xbox 360

The PES 2011 demo is now available to download on Xbox 360.

The demo consists of 10 minute matches against the CPU or a human opponent. The demo will enable fans to play against the computer or offline multi-player matches with a choice of four clubs: either FC Barcelona and FC Bayern Munich or Copa Libertadores pair Chivas Guadalajara and Internacional. There are also 3 stadiums on offer.

The download comes in at 1.8gb.

The PS3 demo will be coming at some point this afternoon. If you're a little impatient, the new Winning Eleven demo is out in the Japanese store if you want to give that a whirl before the PES 2011 demo is released.

PES 2011: Total control beckons on Wii

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH will release the Wii version of its hotly-anticipated PES 2011 in October, and has outlined the key additions to the new game.

Once again overseen by Producer Akiyoshi 'Greyhound' Chosogabe and his dedicated team, PES 2011 follows the lead set by its Next Gen cousins, and concentrates on giving the player more control over the action than ever before. At the heart of the game lies true multi-directional dribbling, which allows users to run and turn in all 360-degrees, and gives the player greater responsiveness when controlling the ball.

PES 2010: New DLC Confirmed which updates team rosters, UEFA Champions League elements and kits

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has released details of the first free DLC content for the PLAYSTATION®3, Xbox 360 and PC-DVD versions of PES 2010.

A primer update is available to download now, and will ready the relevant hardware for the full DLC update which will be released on November 24th. The initial download will ensure that any PES 2010 Edit data the user has stored on their hardware will not be affected by future Konami DLC, while the November 24th data enhances a number of elements in the full game and also revises the club team rosters in line with those of all current transfers, all major transfers made after the game was completed will be rectified.

PES 2010 Demo to Hit September 17th

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH today announced it is to release a playable demo of its eagerly-awaited PES 2010 on September 17th.

The free download will be available to PLAYSTATION®3, Xbox 360 and PC users, and showcases the full game’s Exhibition mode.

UK PES 2010 Cover Art Released

Konami have released the cover art for the UK versions of PES 2010. Xbox 360, PS2, PS3, PSP and PC covers have been revealed. As expected, the covers will feature Barcelona’s Lionel Messi and Liverpool’s Fernando Torres.

PES 2010: 360 Degree Movement and Other Features Confirmed

360-degree control will be available on both the PLAYSTATION®3, Xbox 360 and PC-DVD versions of the game via the analogue sticks on the respective controllers. The system will allow players to spread the ball with ease, opening up new attacking and defensive possibilities. PLAYSTATION®3 owners will also benefit when using the Dual Shock’s D-Pad, but Xbox 360 and Win D-Pads are limited to eight-directional control due to technical limitations of the hardware.
