Our series of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories events began on Monday last week, an event won by shotzsn3. This was followed by a second event on Thursday which was won by priest, who has climbed 12 places on the Rankings table.

The third event in this series was also the first official event for the Wii, and was looked after by leeomac. This event was open to players from outside the UK and Ireland, although these players don't earn Rankings points at this stage. The event ran without a hitch, and the eventual winner was NewTomek - well done!

As these were all official events, they all brought with them a larger cut of the Rankings points! Going up were: calmoore (85 places), KillaKlo (85 places and making the top 100), C.Kenny (58 places, making it to the top 50),
viper pro 99 (47 places), leeomac (22 places), Next.utd.boss (22 places), and zanderzane (21 places).

PES Points were being earned in two Win 100 PES Points events on Tuesday and Wednesday. These events were run by two of our newest admins, Pirate and bad_boy_g. Both PES Points and Rankings points were at stake in these events, and the PES Point prizes were picked up by two of our top PES players, RG|leng_jay (6th on the Rankings table) and RobMclean (4th). Rankings points increases led to movement up the table for: visar, with the biggest jump this week of 431 places, WillyLawsons, who climbs 114 spots, and Ricky619, who gains 58 places on the table.

Manchester was also host to another Play.com tournament on Sunday - Shotzsn3 was on top form and walked away with the first prize, £100 play.com vouchers, while R2Sequens took runner up and £50 Play.com vouchers. R2Sequens also moved up 32 places on the table, but Shotzsn3 moved up 5 places and is now placed 3rd on the Rankings table, only behind The_Greek and Footimaster!

The PESFan Championships for March are also ongoing on both PS3 and 360. We expect to see some players move up the Rankings table as results are entered for either event: as an example, this week we see BigJ85 move up 91 places for his participation in the Championship event.

Last night's Silent Hill event, won by RobMclean, saw a great turnout. Results from this event will have their effect on the Rankings table at the next Rankings run, at the beginning of next week.
