Copy the MP3s into the Music folder on your Playstation 3.
Using the Playstation 3 menu (under Music), create a playlist called KONAMI_PES. Make sure there is no space at the end of the playlist name.
Under the Music menu, select each individual track and copy it to the KONAMI_PES playlist.
Load up PES and select Gallery, then select Playlist Editor. Using the shoulder buttons, go to MP3 Library and select each track. Press the square button to add the tracks to various playlists.
If you want to listen to those tracks only, you need to go to each individual playlist and delete the tracks you don't want.
If the tracks aren't available to choose from the Playlist Editor, check that the MP3s have been sampled at 44.1kHz and the codec used is MP3 192 Mps.
Also, when editing a team you have the option to assign custom chants in MP3 format.
