Go to https://id.konami.net/
At the bottom left of the screen, click the Konami ID portal site.
On the left of the screen, you should see a box titled 'Change/Delete registered information'. At the bottom of this box are links allowing you to recover your Konami ID.
If you know your Konami ID, log in.
Again, on the left of the screen, click 'View/Edit registered information'. At the bottom of this screen you should see your Game ID.
You can also reset your Game ID password here.
