Go to System Settings > Port Settings and set the selection to automatic.
If you still get this message you will need to forward the ports on your router.
The best guide to do so can be found at http://www.portforward.com/.
If you still get this error after trying both steps, contact your ISP and ask them to unblock the port. If you are using a modem and are unable to unblock ports, you will need to contact your ISP.
The default port is 3658.
