PES 2010 is protected by a version of Sony's SecuROM copy protection and as part of the checks performed by the game it checks for the existance of virtual drives which can be used to mount ISO disk images (or similar).
This error is produced by a conflict between the copy protection, and a virtual drive/disk emulator.
If you have one of the many virtual drives/disk emulators available like Daemon Tools or disc duplication software like CloneCD or Alcohol 120% that has the same functionality built in, we would suggest uninstalling it and trying again.
Depending on how good the uninstaller is/how good the checking routine is you may need to strip out some registry entries left behind.
