Players receive a ranking on the console for playing matches, and are then assigned to a division. When you log on, you will receive a message telling you if you have been placed into a division.
Divisions are updated weekly, so it may take up to a week for you to be placed.
Players with a poor reputation, indicated with a deflated football by their name in the lobby, may not appear in the online rankings. A player will get a poor reputation if they regularly disconnect from games before completion. To improve reputation, and appear in the online rankings, try playing more games to completion.
