Competitions appearing within the community fill up very quickly, especially during peak times. To take part in the competition you need to enter them at the time the competition is due to start.
Before this time, the competition doesn't become open for entries. You can see when the competition is still waiting to open as it will display 0/100.
Be sure to keep time using your in-game PES clock, rather than your wall clock or console clock, as these could be out by up to an hour following daylight savings.
