Your install data may have been corrupted.
Please do a backup of your savefiles which can be found under My Documents in the Konami Folder.
Once you have made a backup to a secure location,
delete the files from PES 2010 in the My Documents folder.
Uninstall PES 2010 from your PC entirely and try a reinstall.
