If you have a poor reputation, you may find you don't appear in the online divisions.
To check your reputation:
From the main menu, select Online and then choose profile details. On the left hand side, click the online ranking option and then the Ranked Match result.
This displays the last games you've played, and beside your name there will be a football icon.
A fully inflated football means you have a good reputation, whereas a deflated ball means your reputation is poor.
A poor reputation can be caused by having disconnected during games - either by choice, or through connection issues disconnecting the game.
The solution is to continue to play games and see them through to the end.
If you are experiencing connection issues which cause you to quit games early, then check the other articles in the support section for ways to improve this.
