Cannot find my registration code.
Registration codes are only required for Windows versions of the game and PES2008 for the Playstation 3. If you have another version of the game, you will not need one.

I start a network game and then it cuts out.
This is a problem with Virgin Media. If you are a user of Virgin Media, you need to contact a high level support technician at Virgin.
Some buttons not functioning after changing Operating System
This seems to be a problem with the installation of DirectX missing some Direct Input files.
You can solve this by reinstalling DirectX here:

Copying my saves from one PC to another
The standard save directory for PES2009 is in the My Documents folder under KONAMI
If you wish to transfer these saves to another computer simply copy them onto a removable media and then place them back in the same location but on your new PC.

Edit mode won't allow me to transfer players into a team.
make sure you have created enough room in the team by transferring players out before you transfer some in. Each team only has limited player slots.
Why doesn't my team have the correct kits
The latest version of kits available can be obtained by going to your games System Settings and selecting Download, however how many kits that can be updated is restrained by licensing issues.
Are the servers down?
You can check here http://www.pesfan.com/peslive/ to see if the server for your system is currently experiencing problems. If the symbol is green, the servers are working the way they should, if the symbol is not green there is a problem and you should check again in a few hours.
